6th period - weight room (Varsity 3x6, Non Varsity 2x4)

Non Varsity = 5 miles (1 x1600 Time Trial)

Varsity = 6 miles (2x1600 @ 3200m race pace w/ 3mins recovery)

Varsity PM - 5 miles (Boys) - 4 miles (Girls)

Tuesday, October 24 (practice @ 6am)

Recovery Run

Group 1 - 9 miles

Group 2 - 8 miles

Group 3 - 7 miles
