Monday, October 9 (practice @ 6am)

6th period - weight room (3x8)

2x1600 @ 3200p w/ 3mins recovery + 4x400 cutdowns w/ 1min rest

Groups 1-3 = 7 miles (2x1600 + 4x400)

Groups 4-6 = 6 miles (no 400s)

Varsity Boys PM = 5 miles

Varsity Girls PM = 4 miles

Tuesday, October 10 (practice 6th period)

Recovery Run

Group 1 = 9 miles

Group 2 = 8 miles

Group 3 = 7 miles

Group 4 = 6 miles

Group 5 = 6 miles

Group 6 = 5 miles

Wednesday, October 11 (practice @ 5:50am)

6th period - weight room (3x8)

4x40 sec sprints w/ 5mins recovery 

ALL = 5 miles 

Varsity Boys PM = 5 miles

Varsity Girls PM = 4 miles

Thursday, October 12 (practice @ 6th period)

Group 1 = 10-14 miles

Group 2 = 10-11 miles

Group 3 = 10 miles

Group 4 = 9 miles

Group 5 = 8 miles

Group 6 = 7 miles

Friday, October 13 (practice 6th period)

Group 1 = 6 miles

Group 2 = 6 miles

Group 3 = 5 miles

Group 4 = 5 miles

Group 5 = 4 miles

Group 6 = 4 miles

Saturday, October 14 (Bell Gardens Invitational)

ALL = 7-8 miles

Sunday, October 15 (on own)

Varstity Boys = 4 miles

Varsity Girls = 3 miles

Group 2 = 48-56 miles

Group 3 = 44-53 miles
