Wednesday, May 13 (practice @ 3pm due to AP testing) Core/ Abs ALL = 6 miles (2wu + 4x400 @ race pace + 4x200 cut downs) Thursday, May 14 (practice @ 1:30pm) Recovery Run Long = 7 miles Middle = 6 miles Short = 5 miles Friday, May 15 (practice @ 6am) Long = 5 miles Middle = 4 miles Short = 3 miles Saturday, May 16 (Whittier Last Chance Meet or CIF Prelims) ALL = 5-6 miles Sunday, May 17 (on own) CIF Finalist = 3-4 miles
