Monday, September 18 (practice @ 6am)

6th period = (3x10 Weights/ Core and Abs)

PM VB = 5 miles

PM VG = 4 miles

2-3x1600 @ 97% of VVO2max w/ 3mins recovery

Group 1 - 8 miles (2wu + 3x1600 + 3cd)

Group 2 - 7 miles (2wu + 3x1600 + 2cd)

Group 3 - 7 miles

Group 4 - 7 miles

Group 5 - 6 miles (2wu + 2x1600 + 2cd)

Group 6 - 6 miles 

Tuesday, September 19 (practice 6th period) 

Recovery Run

Group 1 = 9 miles

Group 2 = 8 miles

Group 3 = 7 miles

Group 4 = 6 miles

Group 5 = 6 miles

Group 6 = 5 miles

Wednesday, September 20 (practice @ 5:50am)

Long Run

Group 5 = 8 miles

Friday, September 22 (practice 6th period) 

Premeet

Saturday, September 23 (Dana Hills Invitational)

ALL = 7-8 miles 

Sunday, September 24 (on own)

Varsity Boys = 4 miles

Varsity Girls = 3 miles
