Tuesday, September 16 (Palomares Cluster Meet #1)

ALL = 7 miles (2wu + 3 race + 2cd)

Wednesday, September 17 (practice @ 5:45am) - recovery run

Long = 8 miles 

PM - 5 miles - on own 

Middle = 7 miles 

VG PM = 4 miles - on own

Short = 6 miles 

Thursday, September 18 (practice @ 1:30pm) - Hill run 

Weight room/ Abs and core

Long = 8 miles

Middle = 7 miles

Short = 6 miles

Friday, September 19 (practice @ 5:45am)

Long = 6 miles

Saturday, September 20 (Woodbridge Invitational http://gvarvas.com/)
