Congrats everyone for a great time trial! We had 24 out of 29 athletes run PR's! Remember you did that on just base work!! Also thank you parents for helping with transportation to and from Baldwin Park! 

The boys had very stiff competition as #6 ranked in State D1 Great Oak showed up to take the top prize away from us... Don't worry, with lots of hard work this season maybe we can repay them later this year  Against our league competition... we continue to show why we are the best team in the league and on our way to our third consecutive undefeated season! 

The girls made a huge jump this year as we had huge pr's to lead us to the team victory! We also blew away Whittier (AKA the defending league champs) 23-33 in a dual meet score... What does that mean... It means more hard work if you want a league crown come October!

So... where do we go from here... first of all you need to remember that just because you ran a pr in August that doesn't mean the season is over and you can cruise from here on out! It means now that you have reached your goal or have gotten closer to it you need to focus more than ever before, you need to train harder than ever before and most importantly, you need to realize what you are capable of doing as an individual and as a team and do your part to make all of your dreams come true!!!! 

We believe in you... now you need to believe in yourselves and do what is required to be everything you ever wanted to be!
