Recovery Run

Group 1 - 9 miles

Thursday, April 4 (practice @ 6am - weight room (non Arcadia) 6th period - run

Mikaela/Andrew & Non Arcadia VB - AM 4 miles + Core/Abs PM 9-10 miles medium

Arcadia Friday group - premeet (5-6 miles)

Non Arcadia - ALL 6 miles (4x300 @ 400p w/ 5mins recovery)

Friday, April 5 (practice 6th period)
