Weight room 6th period - (3x10)

2-4x1600 @ 94% of VVO2 max w/ 3mins recovery

Group 1 - 9 miles (2wu + 4x1600 w/ 400 jog recovery + 2cd) 

Group 2 - 9 miles (2wu + 4x1600 w/ 300 jog recovery + 2cd)

Group 3 - 8 miles (2wu + 4x1600 w/ 200 jog recovery + 2cd)

Group 4 - 7 miles (2wu + 3x1600 + 2cd)

Group 5 - 6 miles (2wu + 2x1600 + 2cd)
