Monday, August 11 (practice @ 7am) - Hill Run

Weight room & Core Increases

Long = 8 miles

Middle = 7 miles

Short = 6 miles

Freshman = 5-7 miles

PM = 4 miles  

Tuesday, August 12 (practice @ 7am - meet @ Ayala Park)

Long = 10 miles - 5 @ AT pace

Middle = 9-10 miles 4-4.5 @ AT pace

Short = 9 miles - 4 @ AT pace

Freshman = 5-7 miles 

Wednesday, August 13 (practice @ 6:30am)

Long = 9 miles

Middle = 8 miles

Short = 7 miles

Freshman = 5-7 miles

PM = 4 miles

Thursday, August 14 (practice @ 6:30am) - Hill Run

Long = 9 miles

Middle = 8 miles

Short = 7 miles

Freshman = 5-7 miles

Friday, August 15 (practice @ 6:30am)

Long = 8 miles

Middle = 7 miles

Short = 6 miles

PM = 4 miles

Saturday, August 16 (practice @ 7am) - Run to Raging Waters!

Long = 14 miles

Middle = 11-12 miles

Short = 10 miles

Freshman = 5-7 miles

Sunday, August 17 - OFF!

Middle = 50-64 miles
