Monday, February 15 (practice at 7am)

Core (increase this week)

Group 1 = 12-13 miles w/ 6x100 barefoot strides

Group 2 = 11-12  miles w/ 6x100 barefoot strides

Group 3 = 9-10 miles w/ 6x100 barefoot strides

Group 4 = 6-8 miles w/ 6x100 barefoot strides

Tuesday, February 16 (practice at 6am)

6th period = Abs (increase this week)

Group 1 = 7 miles

Varsity Boys = PM 5 miles

Group 2 = 6 miles

Varsity Girls = PM 4 miles

Group 3 = 6 miles

Group 4 = 5 miles

Wednesday, November 17 (practice is at 5:45am)

6th period = Core

8-10x400 + 4x200

Group 1 = 7 miles

Group 2 = 7 miles

Group 3 = 6 miles

Group 4 = 5-6 miles

Thursday, February 18 (practice at 6am)

Recovery run

6th period = abs

Group 1 = 7 miles

Varsity Boys PM 5 miles

Group 2 = 6 miles

Varsity Girls PM 4 miles

Group 3 = 6 miles

Group 4 = 5 miles

Friday, February 19 (practice at 6am)

Premeet

Group 1 = 6 miles

Group 2 = 5 miles

Group 3 = 5 miles

Group 4 = 4 miles

February 20 (Chino Hills Time Trial)

ALL = 6-9 miles

Core/ Abs when finished with races

February 21 - OFF

 

Total Miles

Group 1 = 50-60 miles

Group 2 = 44-52 miles

Group 3 = 44 miles

Group 4 = 31-35 miles
