Monday, March 5 – practice @ 6:30am ALL – 7 miles (400/800/1600/800/400) PM – Varsity 4 miles Tuesday, March 6 – practice 6th period Group 1 – 14.5 miles w/ 8x100 baton passes @ 400p Group 2 – 12 miles w/ 8x100 baton passes @ 400p Group 3 – 11 miles w/ 8x100 baton passes @ 400p Group 4 – 10 miles w/ 8x100 baton passes @ 400p Wednesday, March 7 – practice @ 6:30am ALL – 5 miles Thursday, March 8 – Sunny Hills Dual Meet ALL – 9 miles (1600 & 400 or 800 & 400) Friday, March 9 – practice on your own!
