Tuesday, March 7 (practice at 6th period)

Group 1 Boys - 13-14 miles

Group 2 Boys/ Group 1 Girls - 11-12 miles

Group 3 Boys/ Group 2 Girls - 9-10 miles

Group 3 Girls - 8 miles

Wednesday, March 8 (practice @ 6am)

Recovery Run
