Recovery Run Varsity Boys = 7 miles Varsity Girls = 6 miles Thursday, November 12 (practice @ 5:45am) 6th period = Ice! Medium pace run Varsity Boys = 7 miles w/ last mile on track (strides) Varsity Girls = 6 miles w/ last mile on track (strides) Friday, November 13 (practice @ 5:45am) 6th period = Ice!
