Monday, November 9 (practice @ 6am)

6th period = Ice!

Varsity Boys = 10-12 miles 

Varsity Girls = 8-10 miles

Tuesday, November 10 (practice @ 5:45am)

6th period = PM run & Ice!

8x400 @ 1600dp w/ equal rest

All = 6 miles (2wu + workout +2cd)

PM = VB 4 miles (shakeout run), VG 3 miles (shakeout run)

Wednesday, November 11 (practice @ 5:45am)

6th period = Ice!

Recovery Run

Varsity Boys = 7 miles 

Varsity Girls = 6 miles

Thursday, November 12 (practice @ 5:45am)

6th period = Ice!

Medium pace run

Varsity Boys = 7 miles w/ last mile on track (strides)

Varsity Girls = 6 miles w/ last mile on track (strides)

Friday, November 13 (practice @ 5:45am)

6th period = Ice!

Varsity Boys = 5 miles w/ 4x100 strides

Varsity Girls = 4 miles w/ 4x100 strides

Saturday, November 14 (CIF Prelims @ Riverside Golf Course)

ALL = 7 miles (2wu + race + 2cd)

Sunday, November 15 (on your own)

Varsity Boys = 4 miles

Varsity Girls = 3 miles

Total Miles

Varsity Boys = 50-52 miles

Varsity Girls = 43-45 miles
