Monday, October 26 (practice is at 6am) 6th period = Core for varsity/ Non-Varsity = Ice Long = 10 miles (Ice in the AM) Middle = 8 miles (Varsity girls ice in the AM) Short = 6 miles Tuesday, October 27 (practice @ 5:45am) 6th period = Abs for varsity & Ice for everyone Long = 7 miles w/ 8x100 strides Middle = 6 miles w/ 8x100 strides Short = 5 miles w/ 8x100 strides Wednesday, October 28 (practice @ 5:45am) 6th period = ICE only Long = 5 miles + 8x100 strides Middle = 4 miles + 8x100 strides Short = 3 miles + 8x100 strides Thursday, October 29 (Palomares League Finals) ALL = 7 miles (2wu + race + 2cd) Friday, October 30 (practice @ 5:45am - run in your custom) 6th period = ICE only Recovery run Long = 7 miles Middle = 6 miles Short = 5 miles Saturday, October 31 (practice @ Ayala Park at 6:15am) Long = 9 miles (2wu + 5 @ AT pace + 2cd) Middle = 8-9 miles (4-4.5 @ AT pace) Short = 7-8 miles (3-4.5 @ AT pace) Sunday, November 1 (OFF!)
