7-10x400 @ 1600dp w/ 1min recovery

Tuesday, October 31 (practice @ 6th period)

Recover Run

Varsity Boys - 8 miles

Varsity Girls - 7 miles

Non Varsity - 5-6 miles

Wednesday, November 1 (practice @ 6th period Everyone)

Weight room and AM Run @ 5:50am (Varsity only)

AM Run - Varsity Boys - 4 miles, Varsity Girls 3 miles
