Keep heading in the right direction! AT Runs are hard and some people have a tough time with them (especially younger athletes). The goal is to be within 25-30 seconds of your 3-mile time. If you ahead of you best time... that means you can run a faster time!! If you are behind it... Need to work on speeding up your tempo runs!
