Long Run

Everyone - Core/Abs

Group 1 - 14 miles w/ second half pick up

Group 2 - 13 miles w/ second half pick up

Group 3 - 12 miles w/ second half pick up

Group 4 - 10 miles w/ second half pick up

Group 5 - 9 miles w/ second half pick up

Newbies - 5-9 miles 

Tuesday, September 3 (practice 6th period)

AM Varsity weight room @ 6am

Recovery Run

Group 1 - 8 miles

Group 2 - 7.5 miles

Group 3 - 7 miles

Group 4 - 6.5 miles

Wednesday, September 4 (practice @ 5:45am)

2-4x1mile @ 5k pace w/ 3mins rest + 4-6x100m Hill Repeats w/ walk back recovery
