Monday, April 30 (practice @ 6:30am)

Medium Pace run w/ 4x100 strides

Group 1 = 7 miles

Group 2 = 6 miles

Group 3 = 6 miles

Group 4 = 5 miles

Group 5 = 5 miles

6th period = weight room (Everyone 2x4, Zach/Andrew/Mikaela 3x6)

PM Zach/Andrew = 4 miles

PM Mikaela = 3 miles

Tuesday, May 1 (practice 6th period)

Premeet

Group 1 = 5 miles

Group 2 = 4 miles

Group 3 = 4 miles

Group 4 = 3 miles

Group 5 = 3 miles

Wednesday, May 2 (Palomares League Finals)

ALL Qualifers = 5-8 miles

Non Qualifiers = 5 miles on own

Thursday, May 3 (practice @ 6th period)

Recovery Run

Group 1 = 7 miles

Group 2 = 6 miles

Group 3 = 6 miles

Group 4 = 5 miles

Group 5 = 5 miles

Friday, May 4 (practice @ 6th period)

Practice @ 6am (Mikaela/ Zach and Andrew - 3-4 miles + weight room)

Everyone = 6th period - medium pace run

Group 1 = 7 miles

Group 2 = 6 miles

Group 3 = 6 miles

Group 4 = 5 miles

Group 5 = 5 miles

Saturday, May 5 (practice @ 6:30am at Ayala Park)

AT Run 

Group 1 = 9 miles

Group 2 = 9 miles

Group 3 = 8 miles

Group 4 = 7 miles

Group 5 = 5 miles
