Recovery Run

Group 1 - 9 miles

Group 2 - 8 miles

Group 3 - 7 miles

Group 4 - 6 miles

Group 5 - 5 miles

Wednesday, April 18 (practice @ 5:45am)

Weight room/ Core (3x6, 80 seconds, 35 Grinders/ Jackknifes)

4x40 seconds w/ 5mins recovery

ALL - 6-7 miles

PM VB = 4 miles

PM VG = 3 miles

Thursday, April 19 (practice @ 6th period)

Long run or premeet

Group 1 = 6-12 miles

Group 2 = 5-11 miles

Group 3 = 5-10 miles

Group 4 = 8 miles

Group 5 - 7 miles

Friday, April 20 (Mt. Sac Relays or practice @ 6th period)
