Core/ Abs (3x8, 70 seconds)

Group 1 = 9 miles (5 @ AT pace)

Group 2 = 9 miles (4.5 @ AT pace)

Group 3 = 8 miles (4 @ AT pace)

Group 4 = 8 miles (3.5 @ AT pace)

Group 5 = 7  miles (3 @ AT pace)

PM VB = 4 miles on own

PM VG = 3 miles on own

Tuesday, April 3 (practice @ 6:30am)

Long Run

Group 1 = 11-14 miles

Group 2 = 11-12 miles

Group 3 = 10-11 miles

Group 4 = 8 miles

Group 5 = 6 miles
