Group 1 - 7 miles (10x400)

Group 2 - 7 miles (10x400)

Group 3 - 6 miles (9x400)

Group 4 - 6 miles (8x400)

Group 5 - 6 miles (7x400)

Group 6 - 6 miles (6x400)

PM Weight Room (2x8)

PM VB = 4 miles

PM VG = 3 miles

Tuesday, March 20 (practice @ 6th period)

Premeet

Group 1 - 7 miles

Group 2 - 6 miles

Group 3 - 5 miles

Group 4 - 4 miles

Group 5 - 4 miles

Wednesday, March 21 (South Hills Meet)

AM - Mikaela/Erin/Andrew/Jacob = weght room + 3-4 miles

PM - Same group - Medium pace run = 6-7 miles + Abs/ Core & Ice 

Everyone else = South Hills Meet (NO AM workout!) 5-7 miles + Abs/Core/Ice after race

Thursday, March 22 (practice 6th period)

Recovery Run
