Monday, January 26 (Practice @ 5:45am)

Long = 11 miles (3wu + 5mi @ AT run + 3mi cd)

Middle = 10-11 miles (3wu + 4-4.5mi @ AT run + 3cd)

Short = 6-9 miles (2wu + 3-4 @ AT + 2-3cd)

Tuesday, January 27 (Practice @ 1:30pm)

Recovery run

Long = 7 miles

Middle = 6 miles

Short = 5 miles  

Wednesday, January 28 (Practice @ 5:45am)

Long = 7 miles (1wu + 5 @ Fartlek (30/30) + 1cd

Middle = 6 miles (1wu + 4 @ Fartlek (30/30) + 1cd

Short = 6 miles (Same as middle)

Thursday, January 29 (Practice @ 1:30pm

3200m Time Trial (Sydney = 1600m @ Paramount "Indoor Qualifier")

Long = 8 miles (2wu + 2 race + 4cd)

Middle = 7 miles (2wu + 2 race + 3cd) - Sydney = 2wu + 1600 + 3cd) 

Short = 6 miles (2wu + 2 race + 2cd)
