Hill Run

Long = 7 miles

Middle = 6 miles

Short/Freshman = 6 miles

Tuesday, August 26 (practice @ 1:30pm)

Weight room (2x15)

Long = 7 miles

Middle = 6 miles

Short/Freshman = 6 miles

Wednesday, August 27 (practice @ 5:45am)

Fartlek Run (varied - 30-90)

Long = 8 miles

PM = 5 miles

Middle = 7 miles

PM VG = 4 miles

Short/Freshman = 6 miles 

Thursday, August 28 (practice @ 1:30pm)

Weight room

Long = 8 miles

Middle = 7 miles

Short/Freshman = 6 miles

Friday, August 29 (practice @ 5:45am)

Long = 7 miles

PM = 5 mile

Middle = 6 miles

PM VG = 4 miles

Short/Freshman = 5 miles

Saturday, August 30 (practice @ 6:30am @ Ayala Park)

AT Run

Long = 9 miles (5 @ AT pace)

Middle = 8-9 miles (4-4.5 @ AT pace) 

Short = 8 miles (4 @ AT pace)

Freshman = 6-8 miles (run @ park or 4 @ AT pace)
