Monday, August 18 (practice @ 6am) Fartlek run (30 on/off) Long = 9 miles PM - 5 miles Middle = 8 miles PM VG = 4 miles Short = 8 miles Freshman = 6-8 miles Tuesday, August 19 (practice @ 6am) - weight room (2x15) Long = 9 miles PM = 5 miles Middle = 8 miles PM VG = 4 miles Short = 8 miles Freshman = 5-8 miles Wednesday, August 20 (practice @ 6am) - Premeet Long = 6 miles Middle = 5 miles Short = 5 miles Thursday, August 21 - Time Trial @ Rancho Cucamonga HS Varsity AM = 4 mile shake out run ALL = 6 miles (2wu + 2mile race + 2cd) Friday, August 22 (Practice @ 6am) - weight room (2x15) Long = 7 miles PM = 5 miles Middle = 6 miles PM VG = 4 miles Short = 6 miles Saturday, August 23 (Practice @ 7am) Long = 14 miles w/ last mile pick up Middle = 11-12 miles w/ last mile pick up Short = 10 miles w/ last mile pick up Freshman = 6-8 miles Total Miles Long = 70 miles Middle = 50-60 miles Short = 45-50 miles Freshman = 35-45 miles |
