For those waiting for results from yesterdays Blue and Gold/Alumni race, results will be up shortly... After spending the morning measuring the course using a wheel and two gps watches I came up with the following measurements GPS watch #1 3.04, GPS watch #2 3.02 and the wheel 3.00

So what does that mean... It means the course is 3.0 miles long... the wheel is the most accurate form of measurement not the GPS watches! GPS watches are about 98% accurate and are less accurate when there are trees and turns involved (try using your GPS watch on the track and you will notice it will say you ran a mile before you have run 4 laps...)

Either way, we all know that we will run much faster in the future!!
