5-7 miles Hill run 

PM Varsity - 3 miles on grass

Tuesday, January 7 (weight room at 5:45am, practice during 6th period)

Weight room/ Core/Abs (1x20)

5-8 miles road run

Wednesday, January 8 (practice @ 5:45am) - meet at the weight room

5-7 miles Hill run 

PM Varsity - 3 miles on grass

Thursday, January 9 (weight room at 5:45am, practice during 6th period)

Weight room/ Core/Abs (1x20)

5-8 miles road run

Friday, January 10 (practice @ 5:45am) - meet at the weight room

5-7 miles Hill run

Saturday, January 11 (practice @ 7am) - meet at the track

7-11 miles long run w/ 8x100 strides
