Monday, March 5 (practice @ 6am)

3-4x1600 @ 94% of VVO2 w/ 3mins rest or 4x800 @ 1600p w/ 3mins rest

Groups 1-3 = 9 miles (2wu + 4x1600 + 2cd)

Groups 4-5 = 8 miles (2wu + 3x1600 + 2cd)

Middle Distance = 7 miles (2wu + 4x800 + 2cd)

PM Weight Room (3x10)

PM VB = 4 miles

PM VG = 3 miles

Tuesday, March 6 (practice @ 6th period)

Long Run

Group 1 = 11-14 miles

Group 2 = 11-12 miles

Group 3 = 10-11 miles

Group 4 = 8 miles

Group 5 = 6 miles

Wednesday, March 7 (practice @ 6am)

Recovery Run
