Monday, May 8 (practice at 6:30am)

6th period - weight room = CIF (3x6) Non CIF (2x4)

CIF Boys - 8 miles 

CIF Girls - 7 miles

Non CIF Boys - 6 miles

Non CIF Girls - 5 miles

Tuesday, May 9 (practice @ 6th period)

ALL - 5 miles (2wu + 4x40 sec sprints w/ 5mins recovery + 2cd)

Wednesday, May 10 (practice @ 6am)

6th period = weight room 

Recovery Run

CIF Boys = 7 miles

CIF Girls = 6 miles

NON CIF Boys = 6 miles

Non CIF Girls = 5 miles

Thursday, May 11 (practice @ 6th period)

CIF Boys = 10 miles

CIF Girls = 8 miles

Non CIF Boys = 7 miles

Non CIF Girls = 6 miles 

Friday, May 12 (practice @ 6am)

Premeet 

Boys = 4 miles

Girls = 3 miles

Saturday, May 13 (CIF Prelims or Ayala All-Comer Meet)

ALL = 5-9 miles

Sunday, May 14 (on own)

CIF Boys = 4 miles

CIF Girls = 3 miles

Total Miles

CIF Boys = 44 miles

CIF Girls = 38 miles

Non CIF Boys = 33 miles
