Premeet & Ice in morning

Long = 6 miles

Middle = 5 miles

Short = 4 miles

Tuesday, September 29 (League Cluster Meet #2 @ Bonelli Park)

NO ABS - JUST CHEER!

Varsity = 8 miles (2wu + race + 3cd_

Non Varsity = 7 miles (2wu + race + 2cd)

Wednesday, September 30 (practice @ 5:45am)

PM = Core & Ice

Recovery Run

Long = 7 miles

Middle = 6 miles

Short = 5 miles

Thursday, October 1 (practice @ 5:45am)

PM = Abs & ICE!

Everyone = 8-10x400 @ 1600dp w/1-1:30 recovery

Varsity = 7 miles (10x400)

VB PM = 5 miles

VG PM = 4 miles

Non varsity = 6 miles (8x400)

Friday, October 2 (practice @ 5:45am)

PM = Core & Ice

Recovery Run

Long = 8 miles

Middle = 7 miles

Short = 6 miles

Saturday, October 3 (practice @ 6:30am @ Ayala HS)

Abs & Ice

Long = 14 miles w/ last mile pick up

Middle = 12 miles w/ last mile pick up

Short = 10 miles w/ last mile pick up

Newbies = 8-10 miles w/ last mile pick up

Sunday, October 4 (on own)

Varsity Boys = 5 miles

Varsity Girls = 4 miles

Total Miles

Long = 55-60 miles

Middle = 44-52 miles

Short = 36-38 miles
