Long = 14 miles

Middle = 12 miles

Short = 10 miles

Newbies = 6-8 miles

Tuesday, August 11 (practice @ 6:30am)

Fartlek run (30 on/off) @ Old English/ Grand loop

Long = 9 miles (2wu + 7 Fartlek)

PM = 4 miles

Middle = 8 miles (2wu + 6 Fartlek)

VG PM = 3 miles

Short = 7 miles (2wu + 5 Fartlek)

Newbies = 6-8 miles (4-6 Fartleks)

Wednesday, August 12 (practice @ 6:30am)

Weight room/ Core & Abs)

Recovery Run

Long = 8 miles

Middle = 7 miles

Short = 6 miles

Newbies = 5-7 miles

Thursday, August 13 (practice @ 6:30am)

Hill Repeats @ Village Center Drive

Long = 7 miles (20x100 Hill Repeats)

PM = 4 miles

Middle = 7 miles (15x100 Hill Repeats)

VG PM = 3 miles

Short = 6 miles (10x100 Hill Repeats)

Newbies = 6-7 miles (10-15x100 Hill Repeats or road run)
