8-10x400 @ 1600dp w/ equal rest

Arcadia (Friday group) 5-6 miles premeet

Non Arcadia (Friday group) 6 miles (2wu + 4x300 @ 400p w/ 5mins recovery (400 jog) + 2cd

Friday, April 10 (practice @ 6:30am)

Premeet or Arcadia Invitational

Long = 6 miles 

Middle = 5 miles

Short = 4 miles

Saturday, April 11 (Arcadia Invite or Irvine Distance Carnival)

ALL = 6-10 miles

Sunday, April 12 (On own)

VB = 5 miles 

VG = 4 miles
