Monday, March 23 (practice @ 5:45am)

6th period = abs/core

Long = 13-14 miles

Middle = 11-12 miles

Short = 9-10 miles

Newbies = 7 miles

Tuesday, March 24 (practice @ 1:30pm)

Weight room (3 sets of 10)

Long = 8 miles (2wu + 200/400/600/400/200) w/ 400 jog recovery (5mins) + 4cd)

Middle = 7 miles (2wu + 200/400/600/400/200 w/ 400 jog recovery (5mins) + 3cd)

Short = 6 miles (2wu + 200/400/600/400/200 w/ 400 jog recovery (5mins) + 2cd)

Wednesday, March 25 (practice @ 1:30pm)

Premeet Run

Long = 6 miles 

Middle = 5 miles

Short = 4 miles

Thursday, March 26 (Claremont Dual Meet)

ALL = 5-10 miles + core/abs after last race

Friday, March 27 (practice @ 1:30pm)

Long = 6 miles

Middle = 5 miles

Short = 4 miles

Saturday, March 28 (APU Meet of Champions)

ALL = 5-10 miles

Sunday, March 29 (on own)

Varsity Boys = 5 miles

Varsity Girls = 4 miles

Total Miles

Long = 60 miles

Middle = 50 miles
