Core/Abs (increase)

Long = 13-14 miles w/ last mile pick up

Middle = 11-12 miles w/ last mile pick up

Short = 9-10 miles w/ last mile pick up

Newbies = 6-7 miles

Tuesday, March 17 (practice @ 1:30pm)

Med pace run

Weight room (2 sets of 15)

Long = 8 miles 

Middle = 7 miles

Short = 6 miles

Wednesday, March 18 (practice @ 6am)

Core/ Abs

Long = 6 miles

Middle = 5 miles

Short = 4 miles

Thursday, March 19 (Glendora Dual Meet)

ALL = 5-10 miles

Friday, March 20 (practice @ 1:30pm)

Core/Abs

Recovery run

Long = 8 miles

Middle = 7 miles

Short = 6 miles

Saturday, March 21 (practice at 7am)

8-10x400 @ 1600dp w/ equal rest

Weight room (2 sets of 15)

Long = 8 miles (2wu + 10x400 + 3cd)

Middle = 7 miles (2wu + 10x400 + 2cd)

Short = 6 miles (2wu + 8x400 + 2cd)

Sunday, March 22 (on own)

Varsity Boys = 4 miles

Varsity Girls = 3 miles

Long = 60 miles

Middle = 50 miles

Short = 40 miles
